Casino Plus Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using Casino Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). Please read them carefully before registering an account. If you do not agree, do not use Casino Plus.
1. Parties
"Casino Plus" refers to the online gaming platform operated under a license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). "Player" or "you" refers to the registered user of the Casino Plus platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Casino Plus, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age as required by PAGCOR domestic regulations; (b) be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines; (c) not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law; (d) not be an employee, contractor, or family member of Casino Plus or affiliated companies.
3. Account Rules
One Account per Player
Each player may maintain only one (1) Casino Plus account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Casino Plus is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Age Verification
Casino Plus reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately closed and stakes returned (winnings forfeited).
4. Deposits
Deposits are accepted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, Maya, and bank transfer. All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name. Casino Plus does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page within the platform.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer to your registered account. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) as required by PAGCOR AML regulations. Casino Plus processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to verification status. Casino Plus may withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity.
6. Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games. Casino Plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time. Abuse of bonus systems (multi-accounting, exploiting technical errors, low-risk wagering) will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

As a PAGCOR-licensed domestic operator, Casino Plus may be required to withhold applicable Philippine taxes on winnings as required by the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC). Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their gambling winnings.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on Casino Plus, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Casino Plus or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Casino Plus content without express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Casino Plus is not liable for losses arising from: temporary platform unavailability; internet connectivity issues on the player's end; errors in third-party game software; or any indirect or consequential damages. Casino Plus's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the amount of that player's deposits in the preceding 30 days.
12. Termination
Casino Plus reserves the right to close any account at any time for violation of these T&Cs. Upon closure, Casino Plus will return the player's verifiable balance (excluding bonus funds) after completing all required investigations.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes shall first be addressed through Casino Plus customer support. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the licensing regulator. See Contacts for support details.
14. Amendments
Casino Plus may amend these T&Cs at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of Casino Plus after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
