1. General Rules
All games on Casino Plus are operated under a PAGCOR license and must be played in accordance with these Betting Rules and the Terms & Conditions. Players must be 21 years of age or older. Casino Plus reserves the right to void any bet placed in violation of these rules.
2. Random Number Generator (RNG) & Fairness
All slot machine and table game outcomes on Casino Plus are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors as required by PAGCOR. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed per game and are calculated over millions of rounds — short-term results may vary significantly.
3. Slot Machine Rules
General Slot Rules
All slot machine games operate using RNG-certified outcomes. The displayed paylines, symbols, and payout tables for each game are final and govern the game outcome. Players should review individual game rules before playing.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction (game freeze, disconnection, or software error), Casino Plus will investigate and resolve the issue. Any bet affected by a malfunction may be voided and the stake returned. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Jackpot Rules
Progressive jackpots accumulate from a percentage of every qualifying bet across all Casino Plus players. Jackpot wins are verified and paid within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Casino Plus reserves the right to audit jackpot claims before payment.
Maximum Win
Each slot game has a maximum win limit (shown in the game's paytable). Wins exceeding this limit will be capped at the stated maximum.
4. Live Casino Rules
Live Game Disconnections
If a player disconnects during a live dealer game, the hand or round will be completed according to the game's standard rules without player input. Casino Plus is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection unless caused by a proven platform error.
Mistrial / Void Round
If a live dealer game is voided (equipment failure, human error by dealer, or other verifiable technical issue), all bets for that round will be returned to players.
Live Dealer Decision
Dealer decisions during live games are final once made in accordance with the game rules. Casino Plus has no ability to alter live dealer outcomes after they occur.
5. Color Game Rules
Color Game is a live casino game exclusive to Casino Plus based on traditional Filipino carnival mechanics. Players bet on colored sections. The live dealer spins the wheel and the outcome is determined by where the wheel stops. Jackpot payouts are progressive and accumulate across all Color Game players. Color Game jackpot wins are verified before payout.
6. Sports Betting Rules
Accepted Bets
Bets are accepted on sports events listed in the Casino Plus Sports section. Bet types, odds, and markets are defined on each event page. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation apply.
Void Bets
Bets on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or affected by force majeure will be voided and stakes returned.
Live Betting
Live betting odds update in real time. Casino Plus reserves the right to suspend live betting markets during play and to void bets placed during periods of incorrect odds due to technical errors.
7. Rebate Rules
Slot Machine 1.5% Cash Rebate
The slot machine cash rebate is applied to qualifying bets on Slot Machine games starting from ₱8. The rebate is credited automatically and has no wagering requirement. Rebate rates may vary by promotion period — always check the current Promotions page for applicable rates.
Baccarat 1.0% Cash Rebate
The baccarat rebate applies to qualifying live baccarat games as specified in the current promotion. Rebate is credited per session or daily, as specified in the promotion terms.
8. Bonus & Promotional Wagering Rules
Bonuses and promotional credits may have wagering requirements specified in the promotion's terms and conditions. Players must complete wagering requirements before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash. Casino Plus reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse (multi-accounting, bot use, low-risk wagering) is detected.
9. Disputes
Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be reported to Casino Plus support within 48 hours of the disputed transaction. Casino Plus will investigate using server-side logs. The decision of Casino Plus, as PAGCOR-licensed operator, is final pending any PAGCOR regulatory review.
10. Changes to Betting Rules
Casino Plus may update these Betting Rules at any time. Changes are effective upon publication. Players are responsible for reviewing current rules before placing bets.
